「房间不小，空调是美国酒店常见的老式坐式设备，噪音大。另外空调上还有若干虫子尸体，健身房设备维护不是太好，也没水没毛巾。液晶电视是新升级的。」

「Customer service was good however the room needs ALOT OF ATTENTION the tiles in the room are literally coming up and when you walk on them you almost fall and trip over them. Felt dirty water pressure was very weak. We have been there once before and room was ok but this time just felt dirty the elevator literally took 10 minutes to come down. Coffee was so weak. Breakfast was great.」

「This was overall a nice hotel, clean rooms the bathroom didn’t have shampoo for men but that’s ok. The staff was very Professional, helped me with my remote control it didn’t work but put fresh batteries in it, the pool area was nice n clean n warm, the breakfast was really good, hotel was quiet inside n out, hallways n stairs was clean, no elevator but that’s ok, I will be staying here on my next visit. I give it 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you 😊」

「This was our first time staying at Fairfield Inn and we were happy with our booking. We were welcomed by friendly staff and were able to access our room which was conveniently located on the first floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and were glad to have hard boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, bacon, and cereal. 「We discovered Residence Inn about 5 years ago for our annual trip to Kings Island and have continued to stay here every single time. You cannot beat the location and amenities - outstanding. I always give it 5 stars but unfortunately, this time it only receives 3 stars simply due to the room cleanliness of the room and hallways were lacking. We only received 1/2 roll of toilet paper (had to ask for more), there were toenail clippings on the floor (Gross!), the bathroom needed a deep clean, and...
