"Nice place to stay, we were there for a week. They provided beach towels as well as pool towels, which was nice. Didn’t realize the hotel was dog friendly however when I booked our stay. It’s not that I don’t like dogs, but seeing them everywhere was annoying."

"Make sure to book a deluxe room. I accidentally booked a standard room which was NOT my expectations. I’m not one to complain normally but the pictures shown were the deluxe rooms which are in much better care and located in the main hotel. The staff were friendly and moved me right away when I talked to them about the mistake and took notes on my complaints (I showed them pictures). The breakfast was very good. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but from what I saw it looked decently maintained. Overall a very nice stay just wished I had more time to explore Charleston"

"Very beautiful location, close to so many fun things to do!! The decor was perfect for Charleston!! Note that breakfast options nearby are not extensive; the Fish House was excellent but pricey. Some days the Tiki Bar was not open, but we weren't sure why, and the other food option (The Reel Bar) did not open until 3 pm most days. Not a huge deal breaker but worth noting. We traveled with our teen daughters and they enjoyed the hotel as well."
