"Upon checking in to celebrate our 45th Anniversary we were given queen beds and put on the older side of the property our room was not clean called housekeeping 3x and sent text messages to Ivy, no one came to clean our room after 4 hour my husband found a vacuum in the hallway and cleaned our room (they gave is a $50 food credit). The next day explain we wanted a King and asked is there any upgraded rooms with a cost of $50 extra a day we could move to the newer side (explained what we had experience the night before, I agreed to pay the additional $340 and we were moved to the Waterfront side (which was beautiful). Later that night I went and spoke to a manager Shynese and she took off the $340 and allow us to keep the $50 food credit. I would stay here again. But I would not stay on the older side of property. "
