「The staff very friendly and helpful.. When I think of Hilton Garden, I think its the top of all hotels. This HG, the pillows were horrible, the rug is old, the cleaning needs attention, and the smell of musty when you walk into the room.Littke tweeks here and there and it would be great. (I found a empty Chinese take out condiment package between the bed and night stand..empty with hair sticking to it) Plus I did not realize you can bring pets...nope not for me」

「Room was clean, parking was free, and breakfast was great! Having hot breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with continental items such as toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. is nice to have. Staff was friendly and property was close to gas stations, shopping centers and eateries. Would stay again.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「Everything was wonderful and easy from start to finish. Hotel staff is attentative and always available. The rooms were extremely nice. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel」

「Good service 」

「Everything is good, but the water for bathing is very very small」

The front desk blamed Expedia for the reservation issues. We were then charged for an additional room, even though our king suite had a sofa bed that could accommodate us. We returned the extra room key and requested...

「The room is big and clean, nice staff, the best part is the breakfast:however they don’t have kids cribs so they are not able to offer baby crib.」

「The lobby is beautiful and the employees were very nice but our room left something to be desired. It smelled stale because the air had obviously been turned off for some time and the bathroom had wallpaper peeling off the wall. Ran out of toilet paper the first night because there was not a fresh roll in the bathroom on arrival and the tissue paper box had one tissue in it. A german cockroach was found alive in the bathroom as well. No room service upon return either. The beds had wrinkled...
