very convenient location, walking distance to Southern Cross Station. Room looks clean but the cold water tap broken at the sink and the TV cannot change channels. One thing I really dislike was the storage for luggages after check out was unsecured. The staff would tell you to put in a room and tell you take all the valuable because the room is unsecured and everyone can go in and out freely.

It was absolutely enjoyable staying at this hotel with a spacious and well-equipped room. We loved everything it provides and will definitely go back when visiting Ballarat again in the future.

Room was very clean! Only problem was the room we stayed in was a joining room. We could literally hear everything from the people staying next door. Great breakfast but no clean tables availble when we went down. Had to ask a member of staff if a table could be cleaned. But overall we had a lovely ...
