「This hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with every enquiry. Pets are welcome easily to all rooms except a few. The breakfast is included and cooked to order. The rooms are large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Windows open and we had a beautiful view of the lake. It is easy to walk to the marina and parking is free behind the hotel. I would recommend this hotel. 」

「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. 「During a long road trip, I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Thunder Bay. The room was fantastic, and the bed was especially comfortable, giving me a perfect night's sleep. I was refreshed and ready to continue my journey the next day. I couldn't thank the hotel staff enough for their friendly service. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it! The breakfast was also very nice and cozy. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!」
