「The best Hampton I've ever been to! You would never know they allow pets in this hotel because it smells wonderful. They must use an enzymatic cleaner. The wine bar in the lobby is amazing. Beds are so comfortable. Spotlessly clean everywhere! 5* place」

「Pictures on line make the place look better than it is. It's old and room 103 needs updating. The bed was very firm, like a board. Grout was missing between tiles in the bathroom. If you are a large person (I'm 5'3 average build) it would be very difficult to go into the shower/ toilet area and close the door.... super tight room. Might be 4'x6' and has a shower and toilet in it. Quite noisy... thin doors to outside. Clean enough to stay in one night. 」

「Room was filthy no security on door was broken off just a dump. I would be embarrassed to own this place and actually rent a room out. I don’t need your breakfast with the roaches running around. I just wanna clean room that’s secure and safe. This is a meth hotel at best. 」

「DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I have never given such a bad review, however, I have never stayed in a place so awful! There was a gap at the bottom and along the side of the door through which we could feel a cold breeze. All the furniture was beaten up and stained, the bedding had cigarette wholes, the drywall in the bathroom was crumbling, the smoke alarm had been removed, the smell was disgusting. If we were not desperate for a place to stay we would have left.」

「The fitness room was closed because of construction. I believe that should’ve been disclosed in your option page when booking a room. It’s a very least there should be a discount rate because of the construction and the fact that the fitness room was unavailable to travelers. We sit in the car for over 10 hours and traffic and stress, and we look forward to coming and relieving some of that stress in the fitness room of a hotel. When it’s closed, it’s a negative effect on I us as travelers.」

「This is usually our go to hotel when traveling back from Florida to Ohio, well this year, I was never more disappointed. Check-in was a nightmare, the room was prepaid, however, they tried to charge me a second time even after showing my receipt of payment. The guy working the front desk, who was also training a new girl, thought it was alright to get loud while flinging his nasty dip spit all over the counter. Once we got to our room, the door wouldn't close all the way unless you gave it a...

「I found the staff to be very polite, friendly, and accommodating. The room was very clean and did not smell musty as other hotels I have been in as the room did not have a carpeted floor. There was plenty of parking and the grounds were clean. 」
