Personal sehr freundlich, allerdings wurde zwei mal auf das Handtuch für die zweite Person vergessen. Das Gebäude modern und gut gelegen. In der Nacht ist die rue Leytiere nicht gut beleuchtet, aber es gibt auch den hinteren Ausgang zur Grosse Cloche, diese Strasse ist abends besser, da auch stärker frequentiert. 「Excellent location and very friendly restaurant staff. However, bathroom floor was not cleaned on a daily basis (during our 4 night stay it was not cleaned). Trash was also taken out on alternate day.」

「When we arrive, we were told that the bar and the lobby bar were closed both days. We were there for private events that was challenging to truly enjoy the property without having access to two major facilities. We then tried to use the pool and we’re asked to leave as it was closing in five minutes. It did not feel very hospitable.」
