"People at the reception were rude. Everything is closed from noon to 3pm. So all indoor activities are closed even if the weather is bad. Children are not allowed to the indoor pool except very early in the morning or one hour before closing. We came to have swimming activities with our child when the weather is bad.... Fail.
Also the mini golf was not "open" anymore. The only thing they would have to do is clean it. The playground and the gym were also very run down. "
