Everything closed, rude and run down.

People at the reception were rude. Everything is closed from noon to 3pm. So all indoor activities are closed even if the weather is bad. Children are not allowed to the indoor pool except very early in the morning or one hour before closing. We came to have swimming activities with our child when the weather is bad.... Fail. Also the mini golf was not "open" anymore. The only thing they would have to do is clean it. The playground and the gym were also very run down.

un séjour sous le signe du repos la chambre est très confortable une décoration soignée Mais le plus remarquable est l’équipe de la réception au spa en passant par la restauration le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients un vrai bonheur

La certitude d’être bien

Chaque Fois que je suis dans la région je choisi cet hôtel. Les chambres sont belles, confortables et le ménage au top.sur place j’opte pour les déplacements en vélo. Ceux proposèrent par l’hôtel sont super. Nota : chambres côté piscine Je ne connais pas les autres.

tres bon séjour

Hôtel très sympathique avec un bel environnement au calme , proche d'un centre équestre, et idéalement situé entre lacaneau lac et lacaneau océan. Nous avons profité du spa, massage merci Virginie et Elea très bon moment après le jaccuzzi. Cependant le seul petit hic était au niveau du petit déjeuner trop de monde à la fois donc pas de distance covid , et buffet pas adapté aux règles sanitaires du moment .

Séjour en couple septembre 2019

L'hôtel et le spa ont été rénové il y a 1 an et est bien entretenu. Si vous voulez profiter du spa, n'oubliez pas de venir avec des sandales spécial spa au risque de devoir les acheter avant d'entrer. Les appareils de la salle de sport ne sont pas tout récents. L'hôtel est doté d'un restaurant. Si vous souhaitez dîner sur place, mieux vaut réserver à l'avance. Sinon pas mal de restaurants en ville (à 5 minutes en voiture). Dans l'ensemble, séjour très agréable (bonne literie et salle de bain bien équipée)

Petit-déjeuner en chambre un peu décevant, chocolat chaud presque froid. Pas assez de climatisation dans la salle de sport. Les femmes de chambre sont très gentilles, ainsi que le personnel en général. La piscine est agréable même si pas assez de transats au soleil.

l’adresse de lacanau-océan

voici un excellent choix ! l’etablissement est tout neuf. chambre simple, confortable et moderne avec petite terrasse. espace bien être très beau, avec beaucoup d’équipements derniers cris. dommage qu il faille payer pour rentrer avec des tongs. (sinvous les amenez pas de soucis) dîner excellent avec une cuisine maison. idem petit déjeuner avec pain et viennoiseries fraîches (ça change du surgelé que l’on retrouve dans beaucoup d’hotels). bref un grand merci pour la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel.
