Pas très propre, balcon très sale et couvert de fiente d'oiseau. Peu d'équipement (même pas une éponge), un seul rouleau de papier wc. Le lit "gigogne " n'est qu'un canapé convertible pas confortable du tout. Pas de clim.

Magnifique vue

Lit inconfortable. Araignées dans chaque recoin et même au dessus de la télé. Micro ondes trop haut. Chambre en duplex avec wc en bas. Escalier raide. Terrasse non nettoyée avec les pigeons en compagnie. Stationnement facile. Vue magnifique sur le port avec les restaurants au pied.

Expérience décevante

L' appartement en duplex que nous avions réservé n’était vraiment pas propre. La lingerie du lit était moisie donc nous avons demandé de la changer. Ils l’ont fait mais la nouvelle n’était pas vraiment mieux. Tout était poussiéreux et rempli de toiles d’araignée et une odeur chimique de spray désodorisant nous a accompagné pendant tout le séjour, qui a été pour ces raisons plus court que prévu. Pas de services autour. Il faut faire de km en voiture pour trouver quoi que ce soit. Bref, séjour très très décevant en général. Le seul point positif est le prix qui reste raisonnable.

Es ist ein einfaches, sauberes Appartement-Haus mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher, der läuft aber über Antenne und bietet ausschließlich französisch sprachige Sender. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Résidence vieillotte, les parties communes font penser à un EHPAD. Confort sommaire, le seul placard dans l'appartement sentait le renfermé, impossible de laisser des vêtements à l'intérieur, tout est resté dans les valises pendant 1 semaine. Rapport qualité-prix nul.

Agréable séjour en arrière saison

Période début de rentrée l’établissement a réouvert un peu plus longtemps car beau temps. Très bon emplacement juste à côté du port, piscine chauffée très agréable, logement assez grand, accueil très sympathique. Petit bémol la chambre des enfants donnent sur le couloir qui peut s’allumer durant la nuit.

Logement bien situé et confortable.

Le logement est tres bien situé, a côté de la plage d'Hourtin. Les jours de marché, on peut y aller en vélo et profiter d'un agréable moment. La piscine est aussi bien entretenu et il y a un aire de jeux pour les enfants. Le logement est bien fourni et confortable. 2 bémols toutefois: - la propreté, il a fallu faire le ménage di balcon. - l'accueil, puisqu'il a fallu faire l'enregistrement via SMS à cause du Covid 19.

Globalement bien, dommage qu’il faille faire le ménage en partant, sinon il faut payer. La prestation devrait être incluse au prix de la location. Une seule couverture à disposition, un peu léger !

A éviter à tout prix

Comment oser louer une chambre où le niveau sonore jusqu'à plus de 2 heures du matin de la ventilation du restaurant 2 étages plus bas empêche de s'endormir ? En plus pas de petit déjeuner possible le matin si on n'a pas pris l'option demi-pension et pris le repas du soir ! Celà sans prévenir la veille au soir !!!

J'avais réserver une chambre pour deux adultes et surprise en arrivant un canapé lit avec un lit tiroir en dessous !!!!!!!!!! deux matelas de 80 cms dont un au ras du sol !!!!! une réception ouverte un peu le matin pas trop l'après midi pas de petit dej et tout ça pour 200 €.Ceci n'est pas un hôtel seul le cadre est agréable

Notre arrivée sur Odalys : - Personne à l'accueil : juste un mot avec le numéro de la chambre. On a souvent trouvé porte clause lorsque l'on s'est rendu à l'accueil - 1ère chose à faire en entrant : gros nettoyage (avec notre serpillière perso puisqu'il n'y en avait pas) : énormes toiles d'araignée (ne dataient pas du jour)/ Vaisselle très sale / 2 verres pour 2 personnes/ Pas de savon en douche - Un courrier avec nos obligations : le Tri sélectif : impossible à faire car il n'y a qu'une poubelle avec un seul sac / Les containers à ordures irrespirables alors tout le monde pose les ordures à la porte. - Plaque de cuisson hors fonction : on a mangé la 1ère soirée nos barres céréales - Peu de cintres dans les placards ou hors services vu l'état. - Les lits autour de la piscine dans un état pitoyable.
