The property was perfect for our family of 5. It was modern and clean. We arrived early and when it was time to check in our bags were already in the room. The staff were friendly. There was a washing machine in the room which was a bonus. The accommodation was close to transport. Would highly recommend.

This is a basic hotel, not a 4 star or premium. It's in a back street, like 15-20 minutes walking to all the sights, very close to Namba shrine. The rooms are small and they don't clean them, only after 3 days of staying. They just change your towels and trash if you leave it out the door... so as I said, not very premium.

Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Very convenient with tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket downstairs that had everything. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Osaka.
