「This is a really beautiful place and the room was enormous and the layout was so in keeping with the heritage level of the building. There was a tea set for tea or coffee, a king sized bed, a sofa for relaxing and a bath. Total luxury!」

「My stay started out perfectly great — everything lovely. The owners were super-friendly at check‑in, and everything seemed lovely. I was going through a rough time, checked out early, and accidentally left a few things behind, including the key. When I came back the next day, they’d kindly packed everything into a bag for me. 「Beautiful spot by the river with river walk and kayaks for hire - we stayed in pet friendly cabin with bunks for 5, fridge and good supply of crockery but lots of other camping options including lovely glam tents with private balconies overlooking the river - cool communal dining area with pizza oven and trays of pizza making - staff very helpful and allowed early check-in」
