Breakfast options were excellent but not free Our room was left clean The hallway never looked vacuumed. There was always the same bits and pieces on the floor. We loved the balcony for the space and privacy.

Hotel and room were lovely. Amazing view to wake to. Pool was a nice amenity. Only flaw was the breakfast. Both my husband and I felt sick after eating each day and options for cooked egg were limited.

Fantastic location next to Treaty grounds where you can explore the history of NZ. About a 30 minute walk into the centre of town where the ferries run to Russell Island or the boat trips for dolphin viewing.

Perfect location for a quiet weekend away, staff welcoming and knowledgeable, renovated rooms excellent and loved sitting on the balcony looking out to the harbour. EV charger easy to use and our car was back to full charge overnight.

Our family stayed for 5 days over Christmas in a deluxe harbour view room and we had the most amazing stay. Room was stunning and clean with big deck outside. Room service dining was fast, fresh and great portion sizes. All staff were so friendly and caring, even when we bothered the cleaners in the hallways, they were always so accommodating. The pool was the kids highlight of the stay, even though it rained everyday of our stay, the pool didnt disappoint and had lots of different levels to suit every child of every age. The spa pool was our evening escape and a perfect wind down after a full on day. We truly cannot fault anything about our stay and look forward to booking again.
