「Very decent place to stay near the great sand dunes.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Dunes Inn, convenient for our visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park and an easy walk to a number of restaurants downtown Alamosa. Cooked to order breakfast included was very good. Only downside was that mattress was not very comfortable (but that’s a personal preference). Staff was very friendly」

「I wish I could give more than 3 stars to this property because I do think the staff are doing the best they can. The beds were clean, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and anytime we needed help the staff were great. The hotel needs quite a few upgrades: -the pool “waterpark” doesn’t have a functioning hot tub or slide, it’s just a pool (although it’s very warm which we loved). -the furniture in the game area needs replaced as well as others around the hotel. 「This is an old property with nice antique charm. The rooms were a bit small, but still worth the money. Breakfast was good with some hot options. We enjoyed the ambience.」

「Nothing, everything was out dated. Not very clean. And the cleaning crew was cleaning early making alot of noise and talking very loud. You can here every door in the building shut. They started trying to clean our room by 8:00 am kept trying our room door. By 9am we had no hot water.」

「We arrived after 19 hrs of driving to a clean and quiet hotel. Great location, right next to a Walmart and other restaurants. We visited the Great Sand Dunes and it was a great day.」

「Just camp somewhere, you will be better off. Staying here was disgusting, the ceiling was peeling off, the bathroom had little animals coming out of drainage. Bedroom sheets were staying not to mention the horrible smell of the room. This is not a 3 start hotel if you will even call it that. Stay away and save your money.」
