"We enjoyed our stay here. It's across the parking lot from the casino which isn't a problem because it's a short walk or they have a bus to pick you up for free. The room was very clean amd the staff was very friendly."

"Overall, good value. Bathroom sink had an interior crack running from the top to the drain plug. We took a photo, and showed it to the front desk. They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card. This damage in the sink was there for some time due to the discoloration in crack. Breakfast is meager on selections, with no fresh fruit. While we would stay at this Hotel for future travel to Morton, they need to improve their commitment to customer service, rather than to make promises that are not completed."

"The lady at the front desk was very sweet and greeted us with a smile and "Welcome" as we walked through the door. However the hotel is VERY VERY OUTDATED! Our room was clean, but the baseboards were thick with dust throughout the entire room. The wooden blunds also were dusty. The trim on tge boards up top were caked with dust and cobwebs. It is a smoke-free hotel, but our floor stunk of pot terribly. We did bring it to her attention and she said she had another complaint as well, but she wad waiting for another staff person to show up for their shift so she wasnt leaving the front desk unattended. The hot tub was out of commission. We were told it has been broke for 3 years and the owner didnt want to pay to fix it because of how much it would cost. So it just sits collecting dust and bugs. The entire building smelled old and musty throughout. The life is gone from this hotel. We have stayed at other Stoney Creeks before and never had any problems. This one is a eye sore and we would never recommend anyone to stay there. It's past due for a face-lift. If the owner can't afgord it, then time to sell it. But tge front desk gal deserves an A+ in my opinion. She was great!!"

"I enjoyed this little boutique hotel. Very comfortable clean room with small kitchen that was perfect to reheat some leftovers and enjoy tea in the morning. It’s in a great location for access to downtown shopping and restaurants. There wasn’t a TV in my room but not a big deal for me. I enjoyed reading and working on the I pad. Internet service was good. My only small suggestion would be that they put dimmers on the light switches, it was a little too bright at night in the living area. I will plan on staying again next time I’m in Perryville."
