The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. "

"What I booked is not what they tried to give. Paid extra for king and river view. Got no river view with 2 double beds. Fixed after went back to front desk to complain. Kitchen fire at 5 am Sunday cleared the building for an hour. Breakfast was not great. Staff was not good about refilling anything really on breakfast buffet. Also $12 a day to park and didn’t have enough parking to get close. "
