「I booked at the Hotel for a few nights, it was lovely from the outside on arrival, considering the reviews and stars allocated, I think it was misleading, when we arrived we had no assistance with luggage to our room, the service was amenable but not high. when we went into the lift, it was not clean it was in fact very dirty had not been cleaned. Moving to hallway upstairs and our bedroom the carpet had never been vacuumed and it was not at all clean. I was surprised the visuals online looked...

「it is not very a clean place. Walls has lots of dirty splashes and dusty chair. room smell smoke. this place doesn't look clean at all. we choose this place to be close to airport, it is cheap place to stay as all look cheap in this room and hotel. 」
