「A little dated in the interior. But clean and well maintained」

「They over booked and we were left with no room in the downtown area. We booked a room in November so pretty far in advance for February. We were offered a room in Smokey Mountain but it was too far. The subway didn't even go that far. Thanks to customer service rep at Hotels.com who found us a alternative room right away. 」

「This is a better-than-expected find when looking to stay nearer to ATL...but not wanting to stay at the expensive downtown hotels. Definitely had an at-home feeling after short learning curve of automated entry system...the area seems ok, but there were a few sketchy-types around the area, but quick trips to the across-the-street Walgreens or Publix were easy and quick. Just a block from Torched Hop restaurant...good stuff!」

「Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.」

「Felt like home away from, Elevators need to be fixed only one working Elevator. Also parking is to expensive should be discounted rate for staying at the location. Other than would come and stay again. 」

"It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it."
