I just like the parking and the area. But the property is in bad condition and the apartment was dirty and has a lot of cockroach, it was disgusting.. The apartment is nice, but it needs to be improved and cleaned...

Average condo with good location

Lobby was nice but hallway carpets were dirty and every one had a giant dehumidifier running. On our last day only 1 of 3 elevators was functioning and we were on the 14th floor. It took 30 minutes to get our things down to the lobby. The condo itself was decent but we had an issue with roaches in the kitchen which the owner did not address. On the plus side, it was within walking distance of several popular attractions.

Disappointed for the amount of money I paid

The AC very old from the 1960 and the floor was sticky and the sofa was dirty. The entire floor smells like weed. The elevators qty is 3 but only one works and the waiting time to get to the elevator was a lot.
