"The pool guys provided an excellent service. The front desk at checkout did not let us finish our lunch at the pool and demanded pay $55/pp to stay. Poor customer service for a puerto rican family that came to the island for a short vacation"

"Great place and great location !! The pools are always open and great access to the beach. Everything was really beautiful. The one thing I must say is all the fees that came with the place after we booked it. I personally would have liked to know about the fees when I booked it."
