The receptionist who greeted us at check-in was very frosty and curt. The room was good. However, I have never stayed in an hotel before where room cleaning is chargeable. Expecting the room to be serviced daily is a normal requirement

Love, love this hotel! Excellent location, super-comfy beds, and a lovely onsen. The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. I will most definitely be back!

The place is neat and just nice for 5pax.There are few convenience stores nearby. Restaurants tend to open after 11am. Instead of walking from Hakata station, there are buses that can take you directly to the bus stop (about 2 stops) which is just few steps away from Roi.
