「I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Before my stay, the host told me over the phone that there was a problem involving the property's ownership and said I would receive a refund. However, when I contacted Expedia, I was later informed that the original cancellation policy would apply because they could not obtain the host's approval. 「We stayed at this property with a family of 15 for a wedding. We rented multiple units and they were beyond our expectations! All the units had central AC! Very clean, comfortable, modern and well equipped. The neighborhood is vibrant and we felt very safe. The staff were extremely humble, always available and very very helpful. There is a door man who sits out all night so we never felt unsafe even walking around at 2AM. 5 STAR! If not more!」

「This was a good 2 bedroom apartment at a reasonable price, 15mins from the city centre, close to central train station. The apartment itself was clean, the listing shows the correct picture but when the apartment was new. The picture of the entrance is not the same, and surprised us. The area although close, and only a taxi ride away from the city centre, it is not the best I regret to say. The host was excellent, and communication was excellent. I would choose another place due to the street. I...

「The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.」
