"Lots of free parking , easy to book in , room was clean , staff were all great , food was good & my steak was cooked perfectly . Garden & pond would be nice in summer . Although I didn't use them , the spa , swimming pool are & gym are very good indeed with multiple treatment rooms ."

"Sorry never got the name of the lady who booked us in but she was excellent. Very friendly and helpful and this sets the stay off to a good start. Thank you!
The stay was lovely and comfortable. Been here quite a few times and will continue to do so. Just feel very welcome at the queens. Breakfast was also very nice, bit noisy due to the acoustics of the room but still very nice. Going to the room the room makeover team were also very welcoming as we walked through. Top notch hotel. Well done to all and thank you."

"Do not book this place!!! Absolute disgrace.
My friend and i booked this as we went to watch the football at Elland road. We dropped off our stuff and went to the game. Half way through the game we get a call saying we can no longer stay there and that we had to give the key back and collect our bags now!!
Had to miss most of the second half and completely ruined our evening. Also had to book somewhere new at last minute on a Friday night so had to pay top dollar. Never known anything like it. Save yourself the headache and stay well away."
