「A canny location for getting out and about and reasonably priced. However the spa facilities it turned aren't included in the price and are in sessions, £20 for 3 hours, which I guess is quite reasonable, however not if you just wanted to have an hour for a quick relax in the hot tub or a swim before going out to tea etc, which was the reason for my booking this hotel. 「Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back 」
