The hotel is very new and the dinning area of the room is the best part of the stay. Since it is located at a small lane, it is not car friendly, so there is no drop off place at the entrance, and you have to drive your car out of the lane if there is a car approaching.

We have a great honeymoon in the hotel. Thank you for their wedding gift and greetings card, that was so surprise and warm. The staff also upgraded our room to TOMO II, which is a new, cool and stylish hotel, it is convenient to the main street烏丸四条，I will choose TOMO again in my next kyoto trip!

Excellent location, walking distance to main shopping street. Decent size room. Very nice staff.

The staff are helpful and definitely can communicate with English. The room is really big and clean.

非常舒適乾淨，房間裝修和窗外景色都很滿意，空間亦很大很舒適，附近亦有美麗河景、Cafe、小店餐廳。老闆很友善，回覆速度很好。 建議可增設洗衣機。 再去京都也會再預約，絕對會推薦給朋友。
