「Was a pleasure staying at Hawkstone Park Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, only thing was the parking. Seemed like the people coming to play golf were parking in the hotel car park. But other than that it was a nice place to stay」

「Would have been a 5 star review but I asked the first night if staff could kindly remind other residents to move away from the front steps of the building whilst smoking kate at night as it comes into the bedroom window. Second night I had to ask 3 different gentlemen to please move away as their smoke was keeping me awake and affecting my asthma. 「一座真真正正的城堡，不是那种只有造型的假货。卫生可以，床很舒适，但其一间房间有点小，早餐选择多，味道不错。」

「I was offered an upgrade from a classic double to a feature double (for an extra £30pn) which I took. It was in the old part of the hotel. The room was very cold as the radiators were not working. I enquired at reception and was told that they would speak to someone to see if it could be sorted. A little while later an electric heater was delivered to the room which did not work and another was requested. This only managed to heat the bedroom while the bathroom remained cold.
