The hotel is excellent. Just be mindfull that it is in a low traffic bussy street and in front if a casino and billar pool house.

The staff was wonderful.

The place is well kept, has beautiful views and great amenities (pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, terraces, etc); the hotel has a walking trail up the mountain that is worth it! While a smaller car I rented worked be aware that a share of the roads going to the hotel are rural roads. While the food at the hotel is delicious you will need to be patient because they are slow delivering.I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Very relaxing & full a gorgeous nature.

The place was great. Super clean, wonderful room. It was such a relaxing stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious; the taste and the presentation. Highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful hotel with great views! Rooms are nice with great a/c and internet. Not far from pereira readily available taxi service to and from hotel! Staff is wonderful, restaurant good! Breakfast with much variety and special orders accepted! Could spend days just relaxing at this beautiful location

If you want to feel at home while you enjoy biking activities, THIS IS THE PLACE. The staff will surpass all your expectations. I've never written a review for anything but I had to let the world know about this place. Truly heaven on earth for the biking community

A very nice and architecturally well-designed hotel. Very cozy from the moment you walk into their BIG grand door and you are always greeted with a smiling face. And they cook breakfast for you on the spot! Everything is fresh there. The rooms are very clean, well maintained, HOT showers....really exceeded my expectations.

Our stayed was wonderful and very relaxing. Beautiful waterfalls and hot thermal waterfalls. Staff was very helpful and nice. The food was delicious. Excellent place to go. 5 🌟 Thank you

Un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. El personal es muy amable y pendiente de todo.

Stellar views. Lovely staff. Quiet. Nice 1/2-mile walk into town. It’s a hidden gem of a place.

We were a group and everyone were very happy with the staff especially with Diego and Monica. The breakfast was really good. All very clean . Park and restaurant are near to the hotel. We felt like home

The staff was really friendly and helpful even though there was a slight language barrier. The hotel is situated walking distance to the malls, endless restaurants and bars. There were two equipment breakdowns that could have impacted our stay but was resolved rather quickly with endless apologies. The only downside was the suite didn't have a microwave so I has to ask the staff to reheat food. Overall it was a pleasant exprerience with the hotel, staff and amenities. I will definitely visit...

Peaceful area and friendly people.

Helpful and friendly staff, the rooms and surroundings are outstanding. Leander one of the customer service representatives was quick to solve a small detail in one of our rooms. Recommended for travelers that love to be in touch with nature! 10mins away from Filandia…. Try the yuca wafles…. These are to die for!
