I really loved this hotel, almost new and beautiful, location in the middle of the mountains give it a perfect place to rest and enjoy. Staff amazing "Thank you Michelle" To improve, tha acces from the main road was unclear with poor road sign.

Los cuartos son muy comunes y no tienen closets para poner la ropa, los baños muy pobres de luz y acomodaciones. Varias veces encontramos cicarachas y varios insectos en las piezas ya que las puertas y ventanas tienen muchas rendillas abiertas. El WIFI no sirve. Funciona cuando quiere y no es estable. Se le gasta la batteria a tu cellular en varias horas. Para bañarse necesitas prender el agua caliente por mas de 10 mins para que caliente y a veces ni llegaba el agua tibia. El personal del hotel muy profesionales. El menu del desayuno era siempre lo mismo y sin variacion. Tambien.para llegar al hotel la carretera esta casi imposible con toda las piedras y tierra del camino. No hay carretera sino una calle de tierra que esta casi imposible llegar con el cuerpo maltratado, deberia tener buen pavimento para los vehiculos y peatones. Muy pobre la carretera. Yaba las 9 de la noche nadie contesta los telefonos hasta el proximo dia. Creo que si hacen y arreglan mucho de estos problemas tuvieran mas turismo y podrian pagar a los que atienden para que esten mas tarde para los clientes del hotel 24 horas como todo hotel de buena reputacion. Lo siento pero de 10 estrellas les puedo dar 5...

El servicio fue simplemente increíble: atentos, amables y siempre pendientes de cada detalle para que todo saliera perfecto. La comida merece una mención especial: no solo deliciosa, sino presentada con una elegancia impecable que hizo de cada plato una experiencia para los sentidos. 🍽️ Sin duda, un hotel que combina encanto natural, hospitalidad de primera y una propuesta gastronómica inolvidable. ¡Un lugar al que siempre querré regresar y recomendar!

El hotel es bonito. Sus jardines son hermosos y el paseo al río es genial. En general es bueno... Quizá requiere de más personal en días y horas full para garantizar que los servicios sean ágiles. Sugiero que el jacuzzi y las cascadas de las piscinas funcionen permanente. Se nos fue el agua en la habitación, pero dieron pronta respuesta y todo volvió a la normalidad. La atención del personal es cordial y amable. Vale la pena conocerlo!!
