"So nothing stated on Expedia is at this hotel, no breakfast no vegetarian meal, no environmentally friendly glasses, forks, everything was plastic no drinkimg water, east indian owned was at least clean"

"This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Our room was HUGE and clean and comfortable. The whole hotel smelled clean, even the elevator! Breakfast was wonderful- everything fresh and tasty, hot things were hot and cold things were cold. But by far the most amazing and notable part of our stay was the manager, Darlene. I could write pages about how she went above and beyond not just with us but with all the guests. We even saw her taking people’s breakfast trays back for them. We were there for a difficult family matter and she made sure we had access to everything we could possibly need and even gave us an after hours number to reach her at if need be. I truly cant say how kind, genuine, efficient, knowledgeable, just truly above and beyond she was. I will never stay anywhere else if I’m in Moose Jaw. Thank you Holiday Inn and thank you Darlene!"

"It's an older hotel that has weathered well. Clean, well-appointed rooms and a pool/hot tub in a convenient part of town."

"The property was dated and obvious signs of use from over the years. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was okay. Given the fact they were a pet friendly hotel near the Trans Canada highway, was a good value for what we paid."

"The geothermal mineral water pool, staff, and the food were the best parts of this stay. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The rooms are very dated and worn out. The bed was rock hard, and there is no thermostat to control the room temperature, so it was either too hot or too cold the entire time. The shower had very high water pressure, but the curtain did not fit properly and kept sticking to me while I showered. It also left a large amount of water all over the bathroom floor. On top of that, the rooms are not soundproof at all - you can clearly hear people in the next room talking and every car that passes by. The amenities were nice, but the room quality and comfort need serious improvement."

"The staff was very professional. We were there in a conjunction with a conference and most everyone thought that is was a shame that the lounge closed at 9pm as that is where we would meet and chat."

"Everything worked well. Kitchen didn't have a pot or a pan, but had cups, glasses, utensils, a toaster and a kettle. Air conditioning was quiet. We wished the shower had a better pressure. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Quiet and clean hotel. Would be staying here again. "
