"Room just seemed an odd layout with TV off to the side and was small. Fan ran all the time which was annoying, even when room was temp set. Thermostat was in Fahrenheit - Canada is Celsius. Beds were not that comfortable and pillows were lumpy and horrible. I was there 2 nights and left at 8am but when I returned at 4 pm my room still was not cleaned. They knocked on the door at 4:30pm but I was already relaxing for the day and didn’t want to leave for cleaning. I just took a couple clean towels. I was unimpressed. Overall I did not like the stay."

"Splotchy spray on head board not sure it was cleaned, wall paper peeling in bathroom, continental breakfast (scrambled eggs) were cooked in a scorched pan needless to say inedible, sausages were tasting of freezer burn. Staff were friendly. Building framing sounds wooden as the noise from the kids running the hallways was loud."

"I was very leary after reading reviews about people’s stays at this location. Boy was I wrong. Yes, the chairs in the room need upgrading and the heat took a while but it’s an older location. The bed was so comfortable, the sheets were soft, the pillows nice and soft. The bathroom was clean and the shower had a multifunction head with hot water that took no time at all to heat up. I am in love with the bed side lamps! 2 functions: light on or body on. The body was a mosaic amber that gave off the most ambient night time light. I have never seen a lamp like it. The room was very clean. The staff was amazing. Always smiling and ready to help. Even their little dog was super cute! I would stay again for sure! "

"Internet was good. Breakfast was great. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. I know some people complain about the uncomfortable temperature in the rooms (to cold when it's cold out and too hot when it's hot out) however it really wasn't terrible and having read the reviews I knew this was a possibility. I also saw complaints about a lack of elevator and no notification regarding that however after booking on Expedia I received a message from the location and that was part of what was in the message and they stated if you had mobility issues to call to ensure you had a first floor room. Realistically for the price it was better than expected. Biggest complaint would be the shower didn't get very warm. Would definitely stay here again "
