「The room was spectacular. The beds were comfy and the overall room experience met expectations. Given we booked through Expedia it appears we were put in class where selection of rooms were not an option thus looking over the parking lot. Despite location it was a great room. Pool was adequate and served what we needed. Staff were very friendly. I was recommend to others. 」

「We stayed at this hotel multiple times within a 10-day period due to a family emergency, and out of all the hotels we tried in Auburn, this was by far our favorite. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, and we really appreciated having both a desk and a couch in the room. The breakfast options were great, and the lobby has comfortable seating and tables that make it easy to work outside of the room if needed. 「Ac was not working properly it was stuffy the moment we walked in. Breakfast was terrible. Not clean, the worker sat there on her phone. When informed things were out she did not care. The syrup was all down the container. 」

「The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment.」

「Nice hotel and staff. Room with king bed was clean, quiet and functional. The room was a little smaller than most that we've stayed in. The mattress was firm and not as comfortable as we had hoped so we didn't sleep great. That was our only complaint.」

「Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. 」
