"All of the staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms and hallways need updating. The bathroom was dirty, poop stains on the toilet bowl, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. They also charge $50.00 per night to park. They charge the same amount for people to park that are not staying at the hotel. You would think they would appreciate their actual hotel guests with a better price for parking. "

"I was shocked that they did not turn over the room when staying over 2 nights. Had to request towels and they were just left on the counter, didn't take the dirty ones out."

"Overall, very nice. Housekeeping on the day of our checkout though knocked on the door at 8:00 am to see if we had left yet - I’m not complaining about that, but it did wake us up and we thought it was odd. The check-in process was great and the hotel gave us complementary amenities for my husband’s birthday which I thought was very nice. "

"The room was clean and the staff was great. It’s a little outdated but that’s to be expected as they were remodeling at this time. Only complaint I really have is the pillows were too soft. "

"The pool looked nice from what we could see because both on Friday night and Saturday morning it was full of small children, their parents, and instructors we couldn't even get close! When we asked about 5pm at the desk on Friday how long it was rented for, we were told till at least 8pm. Needless to say, we were unable to use the pool our entire stay!"

"My room had a funky smell that gave me a headache. I paid for a King and was put in a double "handicap" room and was not told this when I checked in!!!!!!!!!!. I had issue getting in and out of the tub due to a hip issue, and if I had issues, I can image what a handicap or elderly person would have!!! There was dirt in the one bed. And my people nest to me played their music so loud that I could hear it until 1:00am!!! Other than that, it was ok. "
