"We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past.
