"Super clean. Good location. Bar and restaurant staff wanting. Not attentive, or not there, and no idea what going on at times. Room not made up, even after asking. Desk staff very friendly, but some gaps in the rest. Saturday breakfast a bust as had no cheese or eggs."

The layout of the room was well thought out, with plenty of electrical outlets, including USB ports for charging devices. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. Very pleasant stay. When checking out, the clerk asked how everything was, which clearly shows they care. They also asked if I needed a receipt, a small detail, but it reflects a strong customer service-oriented approach. If I am in the area again, I will choose this hotel in a heartbeat."

"Property was in a clean safe neighborhood. Just a few minutes drive to anything you would need, meals, shopping, entertainment all within reach. The rooms were simple but very nice and had all the basic needs. Comfortable beds, nice sized shower, and really good breakfast in the hotel. "

"We visited shortly after the "Grand Opening," but the property felt incomplete. Our room had unpainted drywall on the ceiling and unfinished wood trim. Functional details were also missing: there were no outlets near the desk for a laptop or the provided lamp, no in-room coffee machine, and no wine opener available at the room bar or front desk. The check-in process was frustrating. Despite a 9:00 PM door-lock policy, no one was watching for our arrival as promised. We had to call the front desk while parked out front, which led to a confusing encounter with a local police officer regarding our car. Be aware that you must self-park in a downtown garage, and there is no luggage assistance. Furthermore, the staff mistakenly told me my card was declined for the deposit, only to realize they were trying to run an internal Expedia virtual card instead of mine. On the positive side, the location is perfect for walking to everything downtown. Once you look past the construction issues, the design and finishes are high-quality. The property has immense potential, but the management needs to iron out these significant operational and finishing hurdles."
