The stay was not bad. The room was smaller than expected and I wish there was side table or some extra hooks (aside from the two behind the door) to hang things in the room. The walls were a little thin and I could hear things very well above and below my room. Overall, not bad. It's a convenient location and I appreciated that the bathroom was spacious.

The bed and bathroom are very clean, but the room is extremely small. There’s nothing in it besides the bed — no table, no chair — and it’s not soundproof. People were talking and walking upstairs around one or two in the morning, which was quite noisy and really affected our sleep. The staff were very nice, though — since my child needed a table and chair to study, they kindly borrowed a small table and a chair from another room for us.

Finish walls. Clean hallways. Clean sheets (found stains, hairs and sheets smelt like it’s been used). Clean windows and either make glass opaque so you can’t see dead bird and mess just outside window. Air quality not good. Wifi didn’t work. Given beddings didn’t look washed (with stains and wrinkled)

Personnel vraiment gentil, mais très peu d’espace dans la chambre, rideau peu opaque laissant la lumière entrer et beaucoup de bruits dehors : je me suis réveillé chaque matin par lumière et bruit. Logement pratique pour passer la nuit si on veut uniquement dormir et se lever tôt. On m’avait venter une vue sur le centre ville de Montréal… aucune belle vue de ma chambre.

Great location, near to the Vieux Port and to the Berrie metro station. Good value for price. Clean enough, confortable enough, neighbourhood ok. Hotel from outside looks a little sketchy but inside it is all renovated. Note that there will be nobody at front desk before 4pm. You'll receive the check-in info by through expedia as it works with codes to open the hotel front door and room door. Nearest parking lot is the city hall at about 5min walking 24$/day or so. There is no elevator in the hotel, no iron, no fridge, water in shower was lukewarm, bed was by the wall on 1 side, carpet in bedroom.

Generally, the apartment is really clean and in a great area. The staff was really nice. The only thing I would say is that when I told him that my heater didn’t work, they told me they would reset it and they never did and it didn’t work in the end so we were kind of cold. It’s actually much smaller than it looks. You barely have any room to move in the apartment and I just thought it’s not really worth the price when it’s that small. But it’s completely renovated and new as well as clean. So that’s why I would give it a 4/5

À mon arrivée, le personnel s’est montré accueillant, poli et souriant, ce que j’ai très apprécié. Cependant, la disponibilité des employés laissait parfois à désirer. Il m’est arrivé à plusieurs reprises de vouloir poser des questions sans trouver personne à la réception, et le temps d’attente pouvait être long. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres et spacieuses, mais les draps n’étaient pas d’un blanc éclatant comme prévu, on voyait une démarcation grisâtre, ce qui m’a laissée un peu incertaine sur la propreté. Il y avait aussi quelques tâches sur les murs et une fissure dans la fenêtre, même si la vue sur la ville restait très belle. J’ai aussi aperçu un long insecte à plusieurs pates se déplacer au plafond, qui est tombé près de ma valise. Jamais trouvé ni revu. :( J’ai bien aimé le côté sécuritaire de l’hôtel : l’accès se fait par code, partagé uniquement avec les clients et le personnel. J’ai trouvé très discret et professionnel le fait que les informations personnelles (codes, numéro de chambre, etc.) soient transmises uniquement par texto ou courriel, sans être dites à voix haute dans le hall d’entrée. Cependant, pour un hôtel classé 4 étoiles, certains éléments manquaient selon moi : un téléphone dans la chambre ou sur l’étage pour joindre la réception, un réfrigérateur pour garder les boissons au frais, ainsi qu’un ascenseur afin de faciliter les déplacements.

Great location. It is a remodelled hotel with lots of stairs. Bring your own cup/glass. Bed and sheets are excellent. Small bedroom with very nicely remodelled bathroom. Great TV channel choices (Crave, Disney). Good value for area. Nice coffee shop right beside hotel which is great. We are in our 60’s so I would not stay here again because of stairs or at least not on top floor. The gentleman who worked desk did carry our big suitcase up the stairs for us. It would have been nice to have access to a common fridge and hospitality coffee/tea.
