"Breakfast is not included unless you book for 3 nights or more. We didn't mind at all. Price was very low. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel itself is in renovation but it's fully functional. Easy parking and lots of spaces. The main attraction is the pool with a really nice waterslide. It's amazing! My kids loved it. We were there almost the whole time lol. "

"Was a very cool place to stay and will consider coming back in the future. The heated outdoor pool was cool, but it was a total bummer one of the hot tubs was down, along with the sauna, not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know in advance as it looked like it was down for a bit. "

"Wonderful spot to stay. The breakfast is really amazing for $14 and it’s right near the BERRI-UQAM metro station which takes you all over the city, super easily. Great gym too."

"There is no microwave in the room I never meet any staff in6 days and there is no parking near the hotel and hotel gives us so expensive parking "
