Besides the one paper towel, they put in the shower and no other refill, the room was okay for my stay and the bed was pretty good to sleep in.

Room was comfortable, nice shower and water pressure was good. The only thing is around 1 am some lady was talking so loud when she was coming inside, it woke me up and could not sleep after, felt exhausted as need to wake up early. Overall, it was ok

Had a bad experience with expedia and the hotel in term of communication. This place should not be treated like a hotel because it is not. You are charging us with hotel price without the service. I have had so many questions that needed to be answered and services needed to be tended to but no help beloze zero in term of communication and service. Good location and relatively new which are the only two good things. I have had to help many people because instructions were not delivered or misunderstood. There is no reciption or front desk.

I would prefer second floor. I found a spider and it was quite scary, did not know what to do.I would prefer having view and open window, to get some fresh air. Otherwise, love the shower, water pressure was good.

No service at the hotel
Place was clean but No service, was there for 4 nights and asked for towels after 2 nights, was told no more were supplied but we could wash ours in their laundry facility, no soap provided. Got 2 coffee pods and asked for more, they said we get them the next day, none showed up or the day after when I had again requested coffee. The place was not cheap so service or no service was bad
