My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay at Capsule Hotel in Montreal. Everything was clean, including the showers, and the atmosphere was friendly, social, and welcoming. The location on Saint Laurent Boulevard is impeccable and made it easy to enjoy the city. The staff were amazing and provided great service throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Montreal.

The staff were very helpful and friendly despite the amount of traffic that comes in and out. Pods were clean and surprisingly comfortable, the only downside was amount of showers and bathrooms and cleanliness of them but you get what you pay for! Overall 7/10

Location wise it’s in the downtown area and short walk to a metro line. And a decent walk to Old Montreal, place des arts and the old port. But the surrounding area looks sketchy, so it can feel uncomfortable at night. The capsules themselves are very nice, and the lockers are spacious enough for all baggage’s.

Staff amazing. Capsule mattress not great. Capsule door would not open properly most of the time, and was loud, not fun. Very poor air flow in the space, fans? Gets hot in there. Bathroom areas were fine, not sparkling (impossible in a hostel)showers and toilets worked well. If you want a spot to just sleep and refresh to save $ and spend it elsewhere, this is the place to do it.

Staff fell asleep in the loft above the front desk and couldnt let me in at night. It took 20 minutes before another guest saw me and let me in. The cleaniness of the place feels grimy but the capsule itself was nice.

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel lacks basic facilities and proper guest service. Cleanliness was extremely poor, and the staff did not provide adequate assistance or room service when needed. Unfortunately, this was the worst part of my Montreal trip. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I do not feel that the hotel offers value for money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not choose to stay here again.

la capsule est jolie, mais pas du tout insonorisé. nous n’avons quasiment pas dormi de la nuit car il y avait tellement d’aller-retour. il y avait également une personne étrange qui était couché dans les escaliers. le personnel n’a pas fait grand chose pour nous rassurer.
