「Very good hotel with its cleaniness, service quality, breakfast and friendly handsome staff. It was not far from the Dubrovnik old town that I could walk between the hotel and the old town. I will choose Hotel Lero again when I visit Dubrovnik.」

「New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.」

「It was ok. Location was decent. About 45 min walk from the old town or 14.00 Uber ride. Quite a few restaurants nearby. Shower pressure was good, had laundry which we needed. Unfortunately not the cleanest. Lots of hair all over the bathroom floor and around any furniture etc.」

「Upon booking, I asked a question and it was responded to an under a minute. That was the last good service I received. The check-in was a little awkward as the individual who met me was extremely young. The lockbox for the key did not give you the option to reset the code, and it made me uncomfortable as to how many people might know the code so I kept my key with me. The entryway had an exterior door and entrance to two units within. Even if I locked the exterior door, the other occupants could...
