「This is an outstanding hotel. The staff, was amazing and went out of their way to provide an incredible experience. A la carte breakfast was included and delicious. The room patio and view can't be beat. An overall fantastic stay and would highly recommend!」

「During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...

「Spectacular views. Clean linens. Great kitchen supplies. Close to everything we wanted. Awesome a/c and clean apt Hot water ran out??」

「The apartment was spacious, clean and cool with plenty of facilities to cook for yourself. The tv was great and included Netflix and prime options. The pool was perfect with plenty of sunbeds and parasols dotted about - perfect after a busy day exploring the town. The old town was about 10 mins away in an Uber, and we never had to wait long to book one. The highlight of this apartment however, is the host Jelena. She is exceptionally helpful, warm and made our trip special. She offered to cook...

「Upon booking, I asked a question and it was responded to an under a minute. That was the last good service I received. The check-in was a little awkward as the individual who met me was extremely young. The lockbox for the key did not give you the option to reset the code, and it made me uncomfortable as to how many people might know the code so I kept my key with me. The entryway had an exterior door and entrance to two units within. Even if I locked the exterior door, the other occupants could...

「It was ok. Location was decent. About 45 min walk from the old town or 14.00 Uber ride. Quite a few restaurants nearby. Shower pressure was good, had laundry which we needed. Unfortunately not the cleanest. Lots of hair all over the bathroom floor and around any furniture etc.」

「非常不错，酒店前台很热心，下回有机会来会再来这个酒店！」

「The apartment was great and in a good location. It felt like we were living in a real Dubrovnik neighbourhood which we loved. Dolores couldn't have been any more helpful and accommodating.」

「The place was homey and welcoming. An amazing view of the city, the terrace was our favorite part! Had all the amenities we needed. An ant problem in the kitchen and smaller bedroom that kept us from sleeping in there a few nights. Besides that it was a lovely stay! 」
