「Comfortable accommodation. Little way out of Cavat, we had car so was ok. Steep climb to property, so bear that in mind. Beautiful views over harbour, bed very good and kitchen well equipped. We especially liked the fact that it had a small kitchenette, and that there's a decent amount of space in the studio, including the bathroom. The entire place is pretty modern. Highly recommend staying here!」

The host who welcomes you in is amazing, really friendly and knowledgeable of the area, and can give you some great recommendations of things to do and good restaurants to eat. The only issue is the noise. If you are there on a weekend, then there is a bar just outside the windows and main door, and so its loud...Friday it went quiet about 1am, Saturday about 3am, Sunday it was quiet from 11pm. 」

The owner arranged transportation from the airport and was waiting for me upon arrival. The room….was phenomenal! Location was fantastic. 「A last minute trip change landed me in Dubrovnik and I couldn’t be happier. What a magical place, and my stay at Roko was a nice complement to my time there. The location couldn’t have been better to explore the Old City, access the port for trips out to Lukrom, etc. The caretaker was kind and efficient and, has been mentioned by others, the convenience of the discounted restaurant downstairs was a nice perk. New hotel with good price
"New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English."
