「Lovely hotel. We had a lake view room which was a beautiful way to wake up each morning. Staff were attentive and helpful in suggesting great restaurants in town as well as advice on trains, since we using it as a base to tour Veneto.」

「Everything is good ,the staff was nice ! The hotel located in the town which there have a lot of restaurants and coffee shop Just one thing is if you travel by car the shuttle need to wait a bit long to arrive to drive you to pick up your car ,so the parking is 6 mins drive from hotel , but ur car can’t drive in to the road because it’s restricted road .I was waited for 40 mins for the shuttle bus when I check out . Apart from this problem everything was very good !」

「飯店位置好找，有停車場，對面就是湖，有湖邊散步步道，入住四人房，內有浴缸，但位置在一樓沒有面湖陽台，頂樓有住客可以去的面湖陽台，有健身器材，飯店有私人泳池，早餐挺好吃，步行到老城約20分鐘，服務人員都親切微笑，會主動打招呼關心，英語流暢」

「Il mio soggiorno è stato davvero sopra le aspettative. Fin dall’arrivo ho trovato uno staff professionale, cordiale e sempre disponibile. La spa è splendida, curata e molto rilassante: un posto perfetto per staccare davvero. Ottima anche la colazione: ampia scelta, prodotti freschi e tutto presentato con attenzione. Un hotel che sa come far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Ci tornerò sicuramente.」

「Es war ein zauberhaftes familiengeführtes Hotel. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aufgeschlossen und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Es war sauber, das Essen das Frühstück war grandios. Eine riesengroße Auswahl und Vielfalt für Mittag und Abendessen gab es auch eine Karte mit diversen schnellen Gerichten. All in All waren wir sehr, sehr zufrieden Und würden immer wiederkommen.」
