Mystic Lake Casino Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed for a concert and love the views from the room and the generous room sizes. Makes it feel more like a condo than a hotel. So nice to have a selection of dining available on site. We are not big gamblers but the casino has something for everyone. They even offer free bus service to the Mystic Lake Amphitheater, what a plus. Definitely would recommend, clean and secure hotel. Complimentary valet is also available and the staff is very helpful and friendly."

"When the fan was on in the bathroom there was a smell of ammonia. The lobby was hot and smelly which made me think the room was going to be bad but it wasnt."

"The hotel was okay. The staff did a great job getting us into our room. The key card reader was not working so our door was open on arrival and when we came back they let us in with their master key. I did feel for the woman helping us as she had to let every guest who came back to the hotel into their room. We were staying because of a wedding in town and the hotel was full because of that. The beds were comfy although they looked like they had been made in a hurry. The carpet in the hall was a bit dated and looked like it needed vacuuming. The room had kinda of a sweet Smokey like smell. Like covering up smoking although the sign on our door said no smoking. For an overnight it was fine. Not the newest of hotels but again, the two women who helped us were great."
