Buyer beware: this is a converted Best Western Hotel (old made new with paint type place) Our problems began at check in and did not end. There were a series of problems and inappropriate jokes, like my daughter and I were allowed into the room but we were to leave our 5 year old in parking lot for the night. At 4:30 am, a staff member entered our room. We called police. The police, staff member, maintenance person and cleaning troop came to enter the room 4 more times after that. Our keys were blocked from further entering the room. Problems did not end until I called it a day and checked out 1 day prematurely. I had tickets to shows and parks...all were lost. Not to mention, we wasted 6 hours of driving on the road to get there. Terrible, terrible place. Stay away from this hotel.

The room was overly priced, out of date room smelled like urine upon arrival the door and window was open as if it was airing out. The toilet wasn't flushing and shower not cleaned. Please don't waste your money!!!!!

We where stopping in at 11pm for a one night stay. Called around 2pm asking if we could get a room assigned and chilled as we would be getting in late and just wanted to get to sleep. They said they didnt do that, we had to wait till we got there. Upon arrival they told us they didnt have a room for us. After 10 mins they found us a room, to bad somebody was already in it. On the way to our second and final room we found cookies on the floor. The Ac was loud but other then that we slept well and had a good breakfast in the lobby in the morning.

TV was running when we got to room, remote did not shut it off so just unplugged it one of our rooms had a generator outside with work being done generator ran all night and the party that was with me were unable to sleep-- construction work being done on building next door

Front desk attempted to downgrade my reservation for a king room, to a twin room. The room was already prepaid, excuse was made that there was a sports event in town and the rooms were filling up. The reservation was made at least two days prior to arrival. The individual was not friendly, after my insistence, the reserved room was available to me. Cleanliness of the main area needed attention, the room was just okay. Will not stay here again.

We had 2 rooms booked. One was terrible, Not cleaned at all and bathroom shower wasn’t operational. They did move us to a different room. They had a musty smell
