"We had a room on the first floor, so no balcony. The room was clean. Parking was good too."

"Initial room which was upcharged for had several leaks from the ceiling as it rained outside. We were moved to a smaller room but not reimbursed for the up charge for the suite. Hotels are quick to up charge but never make it right when these types of things happen makes it hard to travel anymore "
