My guy & I decided that this was the perfect stay for us: I wanted a B&B but he doesn't like 'staying in a bedroom in someone's house'. We had our own large cottage that has a wonderful, quirky vibe & breakfast that you pick up on a large tray & bring back to your cottage! It is located on bend in the Missouri River & the view is breathtaking. It was the perfect location, too, halfway between the river town of Washington & Hermann in wine country, both fun places to visit.

It was an amazing place! Great views and close to everything. Furniture could have been a little more comfortable as couch was a bit stiff and bed was very firm.

Kudos

This was our second stay. Couldn't wait to come back! From the pleasantness and attentiveness of the owning couple, attention to detail in the decor of the cabins. Breakfast was delightful on the deck overlooking the river. We'd take up residence if we could!

This is a beautiful property and I would highly recommend it. I ate breakfast on the deck each morning, while I overlooked the Missouri river. You can also watch the sunrise as you lie in bed. It’s simply a wonderful, peaceful, beautiful property. The breakfasts were really great also. Overall, I had a very relaxing wonderful time.
