「给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。」

「I love the location of the hotel. It’s 12 minutes walking distance from the Arch of the Triumph. The hotel has a very Parisian charm. The room is small but the bathroom it’s very good size. The breakfast is small but very good. And the breakfast attendant it’s very nice person. 」

「Near airport with scheduled airport transfer. That may be the main reason passengers choose here. The facilities are OK. Sanitation well maintained. The shuttle bus driver left the pickup points at the airport terminals about 5 to 10 minutes earlier than published schedule. That may be frustrating for those who try to catch the shuttle at the last minute. 」

「Loved our stay at Hotel Gotico! Location was excellent, close to transportation and other tourist sites were in walking distance. The air conditioning was a life saver during the heat wave - we came back to the room a couple times during the day to cool down from the heat and it was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful - would definitely stay again!」

「It is at the best location in Barcelona. Lot of tourist spots are walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and cafe and bar. Relative small but consider the location, you still feel worth the price.」

「This is an excellent location with excellent services! Have very good free breakfast 🍳, all our questions got answered by these very friendly staff at front desk! I travel a lot, and they are really the best! I think this should a at least 3 star hotel! Elegant with a few hundred years history. Very nice 👍, we are very pleased with our stay ! 」

「Located in the Gothic Qtr, was walkable to every attraction inc the Zoo, Aquarium, Beach and endless restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Excellent daily breakfast buffet. We will definitely choose the BCN Hotel Colonial on our next trip to Barcelona 」
