"This is a fabulous property with unique things to do that you simply cannot find anywhere else!! The cave is a must. There are swimming pools and saunas and steam room. Plus a whole host of personal body treatments. Also the grounds have hiking trails. Close to very good small restaurants and great area historical sites. "This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

Only Feedback was that the listing stated “upper floors accessible by stairs only,” when it’s really ALL floors, not just the uppers. The reception alone is 2.5 floors up. We were fine with it, but my husband found a guest struggling with her luggage and she slipped down the stairs. Just something to be mindful of!"

"The hotel is located well in the old city. I had lunch and breakfast outside on the sidewalk near the carousel. The food was excellent and the service superb. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room.
