Un posto decisamente tranquillo dove trascorrere dei giorni in assoluto relax; Ottima la cucina e stanze comode e spaziose. Ideale per chi ha intenzione di visitare i parchi della val di Cornia. Spettacolare e unica la mascotte "Silvio" ( un maialino di circa 300kg...)

Hotelli tarjoaa todella aitoa Toscanan maaseudun tunnelma!Se on tehty vanhaan maatilaan ja tarjoaa elämyksiä kaikille aisteille: maisemat, kasvit, eläimet, tuoksut ja hajut, rakennukset ja (ravintolan) henkilökunta ja ruoka ovat juuri niin italialaisia kuin voi vain kuvitella. kannattaa etukäteen selvittää ajo-ohjeet. Navigaattori ohjasi n 5 km harhaan.Paikkakuntalainen antoi meille ajo-ohjeet perille, italiaksi tosin. Respan henkilökunta puhui täydellistä englantia samoin tilalla toimivan olutpanimon mies ( olutta voi ostaa ja se on todella hyvää!) Hotellin ravintola on elämys, ruokalistan ruokalajit eivät niminä auenneet perus turisti-italiaa hallitsevalle eikä sanakirjan perusteellakaan. Ruoka on itse kasvatettua lihaa, paikallsia juustoja ja kasviksia. Ravintolan henkilökunta koostuu kahdesta miehestä, joika ovat itse kasvattaneet ja käsitelleet ravitoaineet. Niitä käsitellään ja esitellään sen mukaisesti. Tämä kokemus on sitä, mitä lomaltaan Toscanassa etsii! Ravintolan illalliselle pitää tehdä ennakkovaraus päivällä. Myös aamupala oli hyvä ja se kannattaa ottaa, koska ympäristössä ei ole muuta mahdollisuutta ruokailuun ( ellei tuo omia ruokiaan tullessaan, mikä on mahdollista, koska huoneistossa on jääkaappi ja liesi, tiskikone yms)Huoneistossa ei ole tv.tä, nettiä eikä ilmastointia. Mutta toscanan maaseudun rauha, ihanat maisemat, uima-allas ja mieleen painuva ravintola ja olutpanimo tarjoavat unohtumattoman lomaelämyksen.
